Your Story Jewelry is made from recycled surgical grade Stainless Steel.   Our gold finished pieces are made using a Pressure Vacuum Deposition method.  PVD is an environmentally safe method for manufacturing jewelry, it lasts and is hypoallergenic too (nickel free). 

The process creates a surface that withstands most daily activities without tarnishing and corrosion.  Did you smell chlorine in the pool?  Rinse your jewelry in clean water after swimming.  Want to work out?  Go ahead and wear your jewelry.  After working out, clean your jewelry using plain water, mild soap and follow up with a dry polishing cloth. 

If your jewelry is exposed to chemicals (avoid perfume and hair care products) or saltwater rinse it well to ensure the shine stays on your piece of jewelry.   When not wearing your jewelry please store it in a box or pouch like the jewelry came in to keep it safe from scratching.  Occasionally using a polishing cloth ensures the shine will stay on your jewelry.
